Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 March 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using NexBill Finance OS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Use of the Service
The Service is a financial operations and lending management platform. You must use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including those governing lending, data protection, and anti-money laundering where relevant to your use case.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data, or use it in any way that could harm the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding content you submit), is owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You retain ownership of data you input; you grant us a licence to use that data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data or reports generated using the Service; you remain responsible for your own compliance and business decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall be limited as set forth in your agreement with us (if any) or, in the absence of such agreement, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
9. Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate or as agreed in your contract with us. We may update these terms from time to time; we will post the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
